Tech Lead AI/ML Engineer | Remote LATAM Only

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Lead who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in Azure-based environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building and scaling AI capabilities across teams.

This role is 100% remote but only open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). Applications outside this region will not be considered.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, driving technical excellence and delivery
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure platforms
• Guide the adoption and effective use of tools like Copilot and AI Agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Ensure best practices in AI development, scalability, and performance
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Strong expertise in Azure AI ecosystem
• Solid understanding of AI platforms, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
• Experience enabling teams through tools like Copilot

• English: B2 required
