Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform - LATAM (Remote)

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to strengthen our real estate MLS data platform squad. You will build robust data pipelines and backend services that power high-quality MLS data feeds and property discovery.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end architecture for MLS and property data: streaming and batch pipelines, microservices, and APIs.
• Design and evolve event-driven, Kafka-based data flows.
• Build and operate backend services (Python or Java) and implement scalable data processing with Spark or Flink.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design and scale AI agents for MLS feed onboarding.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with data-intensive or distributed systems at scale.
• Core technical skills in Python or Java, Apache Kafka, Spark/Flink, and Airflow.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
