Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and profitability of the Grid Automation Services business across Latin America.
• Support the commercial team in promoting the service portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead pre-sales activities for new projects to ensure business continuity and market expansion.
• Develop and introduce high value-added services tailored to regional market needs.
• Establish and maintain an organizational structure capable of meeting customer technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Build and maintain a resource plan aligned with business demand and growth objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
• Drive Lean methodologies and operational excellence initiatives to improve business performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Protection & Control (P&C) Services business.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Spanish.
