You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the IT strategy ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and driving technological excellence to support the organization's goals and continuity.

Day to Day
IT Regulatory Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with regional and global regulations related to IT, cyber security, and data management. Collaborate with security, legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for the Latin America region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Essentials
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Advanced level of Spanish.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to drive technology innovation, digital transformation and crisis management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in a multicultural environment.
Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years as functional or technical leader in complex IT environments.
