LATAM Conten and Planning Manager drives creative excellence, lead and manage creative partners ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative projects that align with organizational objectives and elevate the brands’ creative standards. This role oversees the end-to-end creative process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team of creative professionals and managing relationships with external agencies.​

Principais Responsabilidades:

Lead and manage regional internal creative professionals, fostering a culture of creative efficiency aligned with brand teams and organizational objectives. ​

Lead global assets localization/transcreation/adaptation, ensuring local creative efficiency best practices and synchronicity across all touch-points.

• Manage local asset production when needed, leading production companies, creative partners, freelancers and creative agencies from end-to-end.

• Drive creative execution and strategy of branded content projects with local media outlets and media partners.

• Lead local strategic brand's social channels, driving community management, creative response and social listening.

• Support strategy and execution of branded content projects with content creators, celebrities and influencers.

• Support events amplification strategy and execution, overseeing high-visibility materials and assets for brand activation.

• Support on and off trade teams and external agencies with POS assets/materials, ensuring ATL and BTL integration.  

• Cross-functional collaboration with other marketing acceleration areas, driving strategic planning and creative localization for global campaigns by leveraging on local opportunities. 

• Ensure regional and global alignment of The Mix Latam operational output with key stakeholders, maintaining consistency withagreed objectives, KPIs, and global label model.​

• Support the Latam Content Excellence process, ensuring efficient brand asset deployment, sharing best practices, and aligningwith pre-requirements.​

Project Management: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery, creative standards, and brand consistency across local initiatives for global brands.​

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) and the LATAM Market Entity to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.​

Budget Management: Oversee budgets for creative projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal use of resources.​

Quality Assurance: Sustain the standards of creative output through regular reviews and constructive feedback.​

Process Optimization: refine creative workflows to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and boost productivity.​

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, integrating relevant insights into the creative process.​

Portfolio Curation: Manage the organization’s creative portfolio, showcasing a diverse range of impactful projects.​

Innovation & Growth: Assess and enhance the team’s creative capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.​

Requisitos:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative studio, agency, or in-house creative team.​

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.​

Expertise in, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.​

Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a creative team.​

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring effective and impactful creative solutions.​

Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.​

Proficiency in creative tools and software relevant to the industry.
