We are growing fast and are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our online presence and digital growth strategy for the U.S. market.
About the Role
This role is strategic and hands-on. You will own the digital marketing roadmap and ensure all digital initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and results.
You will work with a team that includes:

- Marketing Specialist
- SEO Experts
- QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for U.S.-based entities
- Define quarterly and monthly digital priorities aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities in SEO, email, website, and content
- Proactively propose new digital initiatives and campaigns
SEO & Content Leadership
- Lead SEO strategy in coordination with SEO specialists
- Define keyword and content priorities based on U.S. customer intent
- Ensure website structure and content support lead generation and visibility
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; adjust strategy accordingly
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Own email marketing strategy (nurture, outbound, announcements, partners)
- Plan and execute campaigns with clear objectives and KPIs
- Improve segmentation, messaging, and engagement
- Ensure consistent cadence and quality
Website Optimization
- Work with web development to improve conversion, messaging, and UX
- Propose landing pages, service pages, and content updates
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand and positioning
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate priorities with marketing, SEO, web, and QA
- Set timelines and expected outcomes for digital initiatives
- Ensure execution quality and accountability
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, email performance
- Use data to drive decisions and optimizations
- Present insights clearly to leadership
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Clear digital roadmap launched
- SEO and content priorities actively executing
- Email campaigns running consistently
- Website improvements delivered
- Measurable increase in traffic, engagement, and leads
Requirements- 5+ years experience in digital marketing (B2B or services preferred)
- Strong SEO strategy knowledge (not just execution)
- Proven experience with email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with web developers and technical teams
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Experience supporting U.S. markets or U.S.-based companies
- Excellent written English
- Proactive, self-driven, ownership mindset
- Experience creating a Marketing Department or working in a Start up kind of environment
Nice to Have
- HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email tools
- Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio
- Experience managing agencies or specialists
- Startup or scale-up experience
- B2B services or operations background
