- Write and optimize SQL queries to join and transform data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and product sources.
- Ensure accurate merging of customer, revenue, and product usage data.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Zapier automations across systems.
- Validate data integrity across reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests with reliable, well-QC’d outputs.
- Document reporting logic, data definitions, and automations (SOPs, Loom).
- Partner cross-functionally to support reporting needs (under clear direction).
Here's our ideal candidate:
- Strong experience with Snowflake or SQL-based data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Looker (or highly transferable BI tools).
- Proven ability to write complex SQL joins and transformations.
- Experience maintaining Zapier automations (or Make or N8N).
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce data structures.
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to QA data and catch inconsistencies.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.
- Exposure to DBT or similar data transformation layers.
- Experience supporting SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, usage).
- Familiarity with NetSuite or Stripe data models.
- Light scripting experience (Python, SQL optimization).
- Prior experience in inheriting and stabilizing existing BI systems.
